Introduction
|
In this training class of Chinese vegetarian food cooking, you will learn the practical skills of cooking numerous traditional Chinese dishes well.
|
Sticking to the principle of health and fashion, this class for Chinese Vegetarian food cooking will teach you to cook the commonest but most taste dishes among Chinese families.
Class Contents
1. Basic theory of Chinese vegetarian food and classical dishes in China.
2. Model class for cooking skills of common vegetables and low-cal food, such as Chinese cabbage, bean vermicelli, lotus root.
3. Operation class for students to cook dishes themselves. We will teach you to make one dish each lesson, and in the end of the class, you will master several classical dishes of Chinese vegetarian food in China such as Mapo tofu.
Class Size
Class is given in small group class with 15 students in one class.
Class Time and Length
Class time: Saturday & Sunday (09:00—12:00 for the morning class or 14:00—17:00 for the afternoon class)
Class length: one month and there will be two classes per week
Tuition Fee
1,500 RMB per student (500 RMB is for the materials used in the class)
Note: free clothes for your study in the school will be available. You will need to pay for the accommodation and food additionally.
