In this advanced Sanda training course, we offer an excellent chance for you to display your skilled steps in Sanda and have a chance to communicate with other Sanda professionals.
Teaching Objectives
Being focused on the practice of combat position, this course will train you to be professional enough for the Sanda Duan test.
Course Content
1. Professional theory class given by experienced coaches related to practical skills of Sanda.
2. Further practice of physical abilities
3. Practical practice of boxing and attacking and defense in Sanda with your partners, and advices will be given on your detailed mistakes.
Teaching Mode
Generally, course is given in small group, with 2-6 students in one group.
Course Time and Length
Class time: Course is available from Monday to Friday or weekend. Each course will last for 2 hours. You can choose to join morning class or afternoon class.
Morning class: 9:00.a.m—11:00.a.m
Afternoon class: 19:00.p.m —21:00.p.m
Class length: the whole course contains 20 hours
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee is 600 RMB per student. The accommodation and food would be charged additionally if foreign learners need such arrangement.
