We provide agency service for exhibition hall rental in the cities of China like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian, etc.
Floors Available
Exhibition halls located on the first and second floor are available for rent. The out-door exhibition halls are also prepared well for rent. The area of the halls is ranging from 1,000 square meters to 20,000 square meters or above.
Main Industry
The exhibition hall for rental can be used for exhibition activities with different scale, and they are also designed for exhibitions in different industries such as machine and machining, automobile and transportation, computer and software, chemistry and energy, etc.
Facilities
The public lighting service is available in each exhibition hall. Some other facilities such as conditioners, monitors, fire control facilities, and telephone facilities can be also equipped according to the requirements of the clients.
Rental Procedure
1. Clients send us the application form for renting a hall in advance.
2. The relevant will check the information of the clients and send the letter of confirmation in five working days.
3. Contract would be signed and clients pay a certain amount of rent in advance.

Note: The length for the rent issue last from the preparation to removal of the equipments inside the exhibition hall.
